Content that compounds.

Most dietitian content is posted. Very little of it is built.

Done-for-you Instagram carousels for dietitians in private practice, built from what you already know, with every claim sourced so your name is safe on it.

01. The line most feeds miss

Teach without it feeling like a lesson

A post can be right and still be ignored, or watched and teach nothing. The work lives in a narrow band: useful enough to save, good enough to send to a friend.

Lecture

Dense, technical, written to prove the author knows things. It is accurate, and almost nobody reaches the end of it. Credibility with no reach.

Educational

Clear and genuinely useful, but built like a lesson. People nod, save it, and never open it again. Nothing in it asks to be passed on.

THE LINE

The reader leaves with something they did not walk in with, and never feels taught. This is the only band where a post earns reach and respect at the same time — and it is the band everything here is built to land in.

Infotainment

Fast, entertaining, engineered to hold the thumb. It performs on the day and evaporates by the weekend. The audience remembers the format, not the practice.

Filler

Quotes over stock salads, reposted graphics, a carousel about nothing. It keeps the grid from looking abandoned. That is the whole job it does.

02. Selected work

Three formats. One standard.

Carousels from our own feed, @compound.content, built for dietitians and the clients they serve. The same system we would run on yours.

Myth, then the study

Format · Myth vs. evidence · “My metabolism crashed at 35.”

A line every client says, answered with the 2021 study that measured more than 6,600 people across 29 countries.

News, translated

Format · Headline to practice · California’s ultra-processed label

A headline your clients will see, turned into what to tell them when they ask what the new seal means.

The claim, rewritten

Format · Claim rewrite · “Sugar is as addictive as cocaine.”

A viral claim a dietitian could never sign, rebuilt from what the review evidence actually supports.

03. Inside every carousel

A funnel that fits in one post

Wide at the top so the algorithm carries it. Progressively technical so the reader who matters qualifies themselves by the last slide.

The hook

A claim anyone scrolling can react to — no jargon, no warm-up. Its only job is to cost the reader a thumb-stop.

The tension

Names a frustration the reader already lives with. This is where a stranger decides you understand their problem.

The mechanism

What is actually happening in the body. The language turns technical here, and casual readers start dropping off on purpose.

The application

Dense, specific, usable Monday morning. Only the reader who actually needs it extracts the full value.

The client

The reader who makes it to the last slide has already qualified themselves, and knows exactly who to book. No quiz, no lead magnet.

Why it works

The unqualified audience buys the reach at the top. The qualified one converts at the bottom. One post does both jobs.

04. The standard

Four rules nothing ships without

S1

Sourced, not guessed

Every nutrition claim traces back to a study, carries an honest hedge, or gets cut, before your name goes on it. Ranges over false precision.

S2

Written, not generated

Copy is drafted, argued with, and read cold before it ships. If a sentence sounds translated or auto-written, it does not go out.

S3

A system, not a template

The brand DNA repeats so the feed is recognisable. The composition rotates so no two neighbouring posts share a silhouette.

S4

Your voice, not ours

The studio has a standard, not a house style. Each practice gets its own palette, type and register, and keeps it.

05. How it works

A testing system, not a quota

Start with two free weeks: up to 10 carousels in your voice and a short report on what worked. If it isn’t useful, you keep everything and owe nothing. No calls; everything happens by email.
